LARRY SHEAHAN
PASTOR
It’s an exciting season for our church with Pastor Larry as our shepherd these past several years, as we’re seeing more and more lives transformed by the Gospel! Larry’s heart is to see Crystal Lake make disciples who are passionate for Jesus, raised up to love their neighbors right here in our community and around the globe. Prior to joining our team, Larry served for 22 years as Lead Pastor of a thriving church in Wisconsin. He and his wife Carol enjoy ministry leadership together (Carol also leads our children’s ministry), and they cherish spending time with their family, all here in the Austin metro. Larry is a music lover and the world's most avid Notre Dame football fan. He also enjoys conversation over a good latte, and if you email him he'd look forward to connecting with you at a local coffee shop soon!

JUSTIN TOLER
DIRECTOR FOR WORSHIP
Justin and his wife Susan are an integral part of our Crystal Lake staff team! Being a long-standing musician, songwriter, and worship leader in the Austin area, Justin is grateful for the opportunity to share his gifts with the local body in leading worship. As a born and raised Austin area native, Justin serves from a desire to help strengthen the local church community, encouraging others to live a lifestyle of worship and deference to God’s will, while helping to foster a hunger to seek after God’s heart. When not playing music, he can be found cheering his kiddos on at a baseball game with his wife, grappling on some local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mats, or mixing a mean batch of beard oil!

ETHAN STOKEY
TECH DIRECTOR & YOUNG ADULTS
Ethan heads up Crystal Lake’s tech ministries, with an emphasis on the weekend service to create a worthy offering to our God, an environment for worshippers to encounter God’s transformative presence. He has a passion to reach our community’s next generation with the hope of the Gospel, and heads up our young adults ministry.
